5.1 Shipping Areas

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

5.2 Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx at $12.95, delivered within 10-15 days after shipment
• Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 days after shipment

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

5.3 Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. You are responsible for monitoring your shipment and making arrangements for receipt.

5.4 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from MystiMask Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6.1 Return Policy

We want you to love your MystiMask purchase! Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging intact, including boxes or protective materials
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) provided

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged if tried on, altered, or used:

• Steampunk Costumes and Vampire Costumes (if tried on or altered)
• Superhero Costumes and TV, Movie, Gaming Costumes (if packaging is opened or tags removed)
• Skeletons & Skull Décor and Spiders & Spider Web Décor (if assembled or used)

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for the request
3. Wait for approval and return authorization number
4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship to:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

6.4 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns not due to our error.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of MystiMask Store or our suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
